Everything in a Backpack
We all find ourselves at one time or another with time to fill and nothing to fill it with. This workshop is designed to give you some rec ideas that can be kept in your “back pocket” for times such as theses. Games that can be played pretty much anywhere or anytime the rhythm of life takes you and your group. This course is part of the Recreation Leadership Training Track.
Kris Adler-Brammer is the Director of Christian Education at Eastridge Presbyterian Church. Through her involvement with ARW, she has come to have a passion for how recreation and play help us to engage with the community around us. Kris works and lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with her husband, who is also Kris with a “K” and their four-legged fur children, Wrigley (Go Cubs) and Herbie.
Kris "Bubba" Brammer lives in Lincoln, Nebraska but grew up surrounded by the mountains of Roanoke, VA. Bubba has been in youth ministry for over 20 years serving churches in Hickory and Southern Pines, NC as well as his current call at First Presbyterian in Lincoln, NE. When not working, Bubba enjoys, golf and fly-fishing , but most of his time is spent with his amazing wife Kris Adler-Brammer and their four legged children/dogs, Wrigley and Herbie.
