Artificial Intellegence for Ministry
Presented at ARW 2026 by Josh Richard
COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY | CREATIVE MINISTRY GUIDE
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how we work, communicate, and create, but ministry remains rooted in relationships. In this workshop, participants explored a practical framework for using AI thoughtfully and faithfully, learning how to reclaim time without sacrificing authenticity, creativity, or pastoral presence.
Participants explored effective prompt writing, discerning which ministry tasks are best suited for AI, and evaluating emerging tools such as NotebookLM for research and ministry preparation. Throughout the workshop, the emphasis remained on using technology to strengthen human connection rather than replace it.
