Clay Vessels for Prayer
Ann Laird Jones
We will use Jesus? prayer in John 17 as a focus in our work with stoneware and porcelain clay bodies. We will work at the potters wheel and at the hand building table, making pots for prayer as we experiment with texture, altered forms, attachments, new tools and form/function ideas. You will also learn about glazes and kilns. Bring good old pottery clothes and an apron. Class Limit 12, Materials Fee: $40
