At ARW, we believe play is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline. We also know that for many creative ministry leaders, the very things that would nourish their imagination, faith, and sense of calling are often out of reach because of cost, timing, or capacity. That reality matters to us. So this year, we’re doing something a little different—and a little delightful. We’re giving away one full conference registration* to the 2026 Arts, Recreation and Worship Conference. Not because someone needs to prove they’re the “most deserving.” Not because we want a perfectly polished essay. But because sometimes what people need most is an open door. This free registration is our way of saying: Come rest. Come play. Come imagine again. |

- Full conference registration (double occupancy room) for the Arts, Recreation & Worship Conference
- Access to all scheduled workshops, worship experiences, and community gathering
- Conference materials and resources provided to all participants
What’s Not Included
Please note that the free registration does not include:
- Travel to and from Montreat
- Upgrade to single occupancy room
- Early arrival meals or Sunday night stay
- Optional pre- or post-conference events that carry an additional fee

- This giveaway covers one (1) conference registration for 2026.
- Registration is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The recipient is responsible for arranging and covering lodging, meals, and travel to the conference.
- Eligibility is limited to first-time ARW participants or those who last attended in 2019 or earlier.
