Conference Leadership

Each year at the ARW Conference, we invite visionary leaders to help bring our theme to life in fresh and faithful ways. Working in close collaboration with the conference director and planning team, these leaders help shape our morning worship keynote sessions—infusing them with creativity, depth, and a dash of holy disruption.

This year, as we explore Flipping Tables: Ministry in a Topsy-Turvy World, get ready for bold voices, prophetic imagination, and worship that meets the moment.

2026 WORSHIP AND MUSIC LEADERSHIP

Rev. CeCe Armstrong
Worship Leader

We are thrilled to welcome Rev. Cecelia “CeCe” Armstrong back to the Arts, Recreation, and Worship Conference! Elected as Co-Moderator of the 226th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in July 2024, Rev. CeCe currently serves as Associate Pastor at St. James Presbyterian Church in Charleston, South Carolina.

A dynamic preacher, passionate leader, and legendary table-flipper (in the best, Gospel-rooted way), Rev. CeCe brings holy mischief, prophetic joy, and the kind of wisdom that turns expectations upside down. When Rev. CeCe shows up, don’t be surprised if the Spirit—and your laughter—flows freely.
Come ready to laugh, reflect, be challenged, and experience something unexpected. We’re so glad she’s back!
Dr. Ray Landis
Music Leader

We are excited to welcome Dr. Ray Landis as our music leader for this year’s ARW Conference. Ray currently serves as Director of Music Ministries at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church in Asheville, NC, and brings with him a deep love of justice, global perspective, and creative spirit that infuses every note.

From East St. Louis to Asheville, from Latin America to Asia, Ray’s journey in music ministry has been shaped by cultural diversity, collaborative artistry, and a passion for dismantling white supremacy through worship. With a heart for all ages and abilities, Ray creates space for every voice to rise.

Get ready for a week of music that moves—your heart, your body, and maybe even a few tables. We can’t wait to see (and sing) what unfolds!
